Bloom Consulting
Bloom Consulting facilitates change in organizations, centering equity, strengthening organizational health, and building cultures of belonging. I am proud to be working alongside the Bloom team offering administrative support, and collaboration as a facilitator and Conflict Transformation practitioner.

Righting Relations – Central Hub Coordinator and Circle member
Righting Relations is a national network that strives to support and build capacity among adult educators and community organizers, providing space and resources for them to connect, reflect on, and organize for heart-led social change. I currently coordinate the network in Ontario and Quebec and am an active member of the Hamilton Circle, where we host local skill development and reflection opportunities.
Role: Central Hub Coordinator and Hamilton Circle Member (June 2017-present)

350.org USA~ Heart and Muscle Project
350.org is a global organization and a movement of climate justice activists working towards a fossil free world. I was honoured to be one of 5 leadership coaches working with grassroots organizers across the USA to build up capacity, effectiveness and knowledge base around grassroots organizing. Role: Leadership Coach and Trainer (Aug 2018-Aug 2019)

Tools for Change
Tools for Change is a Toronto based organization offering skill building workshops for activists and change-makers. Covering topics such as campaigning, social media, advanced research, grassroots fundraising, direct action, art and activism, conflict resolution, facilitation, anti-oppression and more, our aim is to help you develop skills to advocate for social change. Creating Realities
Since 2008 I collaborated with and was mentored by (the late) Tammy Neilson of Creating Realities to host community gatherings and a variety of training programs centred around Collective Wisdom Circles, creative facilitation practices, coaching and leadership development. I am committed (along with many others) to carrying on this work. If you want to talk or have ideas, drop me a line.
